Q: When will tickets go on sale?
A: Single tickets for Nutcracker go on sale to the public July 15, 2021. Single tickets for the 50th Anniversary Celebration go on sale to the public August 12, 2021.
Single tickets for the remaining performances in the 2021/2022 Season—Innovative 1970, Sleeping Beauty: A Fairy-Tailored Classic and Choreographic Lab—go on sale in November 2021.
Q: Which performances are included in the 2021/2022 Season subscription package?
A: The 2021/2022 subscription features three performance series—Innovative 1970, Sleeping Beauty: A Fairy-Tailored Classic and Choreographic Lab.
Please note: Charlotte Ballet’s 50th Anniversary Celebration performance series and Nutcracker are not included in the subscription package. Click here if you are a subscriber and want to purchase tickets to those performances.
Q: I’m a subscriber and want to renew. Where is my subscription renewal packet?
A: Renewal packages and invoices will arrive in mailboxes on or around October 12, 2021.
Q: I renewed my subscription for 2020/2021. Do I have tickets to the 50th Anniversary Celebration in October?
A: If you renewed your subscription for the 2020/2021 Season and did not request a refund or donate your tickets back to Charlotte Ballet, then you have seats reserved at one of the performances.
Check your email inbox on Sunday, July 18 for information regarding your ticket(s) date. If you do not receive an email indicating your performance date, email Patron Engagement Manager Jennifer Barrett.
Q: Do I have any credits on my account for performances that were canceled?
A: If you have any ticket credits, you received an email from Charlotte Ballet. Blumenthal has issued a virtual Charlotte Ballet “Gift Card” to anyone with a credit on their account. If you did not receive an email but believe you have a credit, email Patron Engagement Manager Jennifer Barrett.
Q: How do I apply my virtual Gift Card toward tickets to a Charlotte Ballet performance?
A: To use your Gift Card, you must call the box office at 704.372.1000. Box office representatives can provide your Gift Card amount and apply it toward your purchase.
Q: I’m a subscriber. Will I have my same seats for the 2021/2022 Season?
A: Yes! Whether you renewed or not for the 2020/2021 Season, your seats and all additional subscriber benefits are the same. If you have specific questions regarding your subscription, email Patron Engagement Manager Jennifer Barrett.
Q: I’m a Premium or Deluxe Subscriber. What does it mean for me if the 2021/2022 subscription only includes three performances?
A: You will be automatically renewed into your most recent subscription level; however, you will only be invoiced for three performance series (minus any credits or transfers from postponed performances). You will see detailed information outlining account balances on your renewal invoice arriving with your subscription packet on or around October 12.
