About Charlotte Ballet

In April 2014, North Carolina Dance Theatre announced it was changing its name to Charlotte Ballet. “This transformation is not about changing what we do — it’s about defining it. We will continue to provide an array of exciting performances, exceptional training for aspiring dancers, and programs to engage, educate and entertain the Charlotte region,” said President and Artistic Director Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux.
