The director of marketing and communications oversees functions related to the marketing, sales, and communications of Charlotte Ballet performances and all company initiatives, with a focus on increased revenue, audience development and elevated public awareness.

SUMMER INTENSIVE RESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR
Dates of employment: June 22-July 29
Charlotte Ballet is hiring a Residential Director for our 2018 Summer Intensive. The Residential Director’s primary focus is to represent Charlotte Ballet on the UNC Charlotte campus and to manage/oversee all aspects of the campus housing experience. The Residential Director will supervise the Residential Advisor(s) and Student Chaperones and is equipped to be the first contact for dancers and parents with residential concerns. We are seeking a candidate that is a college graduate, current graduate student or working professional. Dance, teaching, and/or counseling employment/experience is strongly preferred. The Residential Director must be available for the full duration of the program (June 22 – July 29) and must reside on campus at UNC Charlotte.

ARTS ADMINISTRATION: SUMMER PROGRAMS INTERNSHIP
Dates of Internship: June 19-July 28
Charlotte Ballet Academy is now accepting applications for our 2018 Arts Administration: Summer Programs Internship. Job responsibilities include: Assist the Academy Program Manager by preparing and compiling materials for Summer Intensive; Assist with preparations for 2019 National Audition Tour; Support School staff and faculty in management of the intensive dancers.
