Josh Hall | 5th Season
Innovative works is always my favorite performance. The black box theater always provides a different perspective for the audience. I love talking to them afterwards, too.
Michael Matthews | 2nd Season
I think audiences will be excited for Innovative Works. Three world premiers by incredible choreographers in an intimate setting makes it a really special program.
Lexi Johnson | 2nd Season
I am most excited to work with Robyn Mineko Williams because I have worked with her before when I did summer intensives at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. I loved her and her work then, and I am sure I will love the experience again. The way she approached movement was unique and challenging in the best way. I can’t wait to see what she brings to Charlotte!
Anson Zwingelberg | 1st Season
I have always enjoyed the challenge and reward of working in a creation setting. Having the opportunity to be a part of an intimate space with a choreographer is the reason I most look forward to Charlotte Ballet’s Innovative Works.
