Charlotte Ballet’s Artistic Team is currently seeking dancers with strong contemporary and classical technique to fill positions with Charlotte Ballet I and Charlotte Ballet II for the 2026/2027 Season.

Auditions are by invitation only. To be considered, please submit the following audition materials to artistic@charlotteballet.org by January 11, 2026.

• Updated headshot and resume
• Separate video excerpts highlighting:
  • Contemporary repertoire
  • Improvisation
  • A classical variation (on pointe, if applicable)
• Please specify if you are submitting audition materials for Charlotte Ballet I, Charlotte Ballet II or both
