As part of our commitment to the safety of everyone attending performances at the Belk Theater, Charlotte Ballet is are requiring ticket holders to:
Provide Proof of Vaccination OR Negative COVID-19 Test
Required for all guests, regardless of age, attending Charlotte Ballet performances at Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. Documentation may be printed or digital and must be accompanied by photo ID. For patrons under the age of 18, photo IDs are preferred but not required as long as the accompanying parent or guardian has appropriate photo ID.
Fully vaccinated is defined as at least 14 days after the second of a two-dose of an FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine, or 14 days after a single dose COVID-19 vaccine of an FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine.
Those unable to be vaccinated may document a negative test result with a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours, or a negative result Rapid Antigen test taken within 24 hours. Tests must state the date and time of the test, type of test and negative result and match the photo ID.

Wear Face Masks
Regardless of vaccination status, all guests age 2 and above are required to wear face masks except when consuming food or beverage in designated areas.
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing CDC-recognized COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you prioritize your health and the health of your fellow audience members and stay home.
