Bridget Fox began her formal dance training at the Academy of Movement and Music in Oak Park, Illinois. At age 15 she joined A&A Ballet in Chicago where she performed in various lead roles, including the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker. During this time Bridget competed in the Youth America Grand Prix international finals both as a soloist and in ensembles. She has toured internationally in Guatemala and Cuba, and has spent summers training with San Francisco Ballet School, Joffrey Academy, Kansas City Ballet School, and Orlando Ballet School.
Bridget joined Charlotte Ballet’s Pre-Professional Trainee Division in the fall of 2022. During her time as a trainee, she had the opportunity to perform in Alejandro Cerrudo’s Lickety Split, in Christopher Stuart’s Peter Pan, and as the lead ballerina in George Balanchine’s Walpurgisnacht Ballet from Faust. Bridget was thrilled to join Charlotte Ballet II in 2023 and has since performed “Pas de Trois” and “Little Swans” in Ib Andersen’s Swan Lake, as well as in corps and soloist roles in Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux’s Nutcracker.
