Subscriber Ticket Exchange and Donation Form

As a Charlotte Ballet subscriber, you enjoy the benefit of free ticket exchanges. Ticket exchanges can ONLY be requested at least 72 hours prior to a performance. If you would like to exchange your tickets for a new date or you would like to donate your tickets, please complete the form below or call our Patron Engagement Manager at (704) 414-2760. When you donate your tickets back, you'll receive a donation letter for tax purposes.

You will be seated in the most comparable seats available. Exchanges can only be made within the same performance series. We recommend completing your exchange in person or over the phone if you need to make specific seat requests.
