This is Charlotte Ballet, unlike ever before.

In dance, “un” can be a powerful goal. Like when dancers feel untethered. When imagination is unleashed. When innovation is unlimited. That’s when crowds experience a kind of bliss and wonder that is just …unparalleled.

We are thrilled to introduce our 2022/2023 programming, and we can’t wait for you to see what’s revealed – about the incredible power of dance and about your own sense of wonder.

Be there when the curtain rises!

For the first time, Charlotte Ballet will present Under the Lights, choreographed by Charlotte Ballet II Director Christopher Stuart and set to the music of the iconic Johnny Cash. ArtsNash called this ballet a “seamless blend of classical, modern and popular dance styles”. A third piece to be announced soon will add to the evening, creating a truly unparalleled experience for our audiences.
